Best Places to Work in Buffalo 2020

The 2020 winners were selected by Quantum Workplace using an employee engagement survey that measures six key engagement categories focusing on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic and trust in leadership. To ensure the results were statistically significant, BiTS was required to have a minimum level of employee participation based on total number of employees.
